Hearth-style sourdough bread made with 100% stoneground wheat flour, using a blend of heritage and modern grain varieties. Fermented for 24 hours, baked hot and dark.

As all products are made in the same space, we cannot guarantee any of our products are free from the following allergens: Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Nuts, Sesame, Sulphites.
Collection orders must be made by 10:00pm the night before pick-up. Orders placed after that time cannot be guaranteed.
